• “Account” means credentials and access rights assigned to you to use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service (or by clicking “I Agree”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, you must not use the Service.

3. Provision of Service & License

• The Company grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide (or territorially limited) license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

• The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” Company does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation.

4. User Account & Responsibilities

• You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during registration.

• You are responsible for preserving confidentiality of credentials and any actions taken under your account.

• You agree not to (a) misuse the Service, (b) upload illicit or infringing content, (c) attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security or operations, or violate applicable law.

• You retain ownership of all User Content. By uploading or submitting User Content, you grant Company a limited license to process, store, and transmit that data as necessary to provide the Service.

• Company will treat User Content as confidential, and process it in compliance with applicable data-protection laws (e.g. GDPR).

• Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

• Company implements technical and organisational security measures to protect personal data.

• In case of termination or account deletion: you may request export or deletion of your data; Company will delete or anonymize data within a reasonable timeframe, unless legal obligations require retention.

7. Termination & Suspension

• Company may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for breach of Terms or abuse.

• You may terminate at any time by closing your account — subject to any pending payments or obligations.

• Upon termination: license ends; Company may delete or archive your data; any rights granted revert.

8. Intellectual Property

• Company retains all rights, title and interest in the Service, software, trademarks, documentation, and derivatives.

• You may not reverse engineer, copy, distribute, modify the Service.

• If users provide feedback, you grant Company perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use such feedback for improvement.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

• The Service is provided “as is,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for purpose, non-infringement, accuracy or reliability.

• To the maximum extent permitted by law: Company’s total liability under these Terms is limited to the fees paid by you in the last [12] months. Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain (or the relevant jurisdiction).

• Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or the Service will be resolved by courts in [Madrid, Spain] (or as chosen).

• Continued use after update constitutes acceptance.
